PR Executive

Key Responsibility

Overview: Deliver comprehensive PR services and ensure to achieve the clients’ targets

- Prepare and distribute e-newsletters, press releases and advertorials

- Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies through online channels, including websites, EDMs, social media, mobile and interactive platforms

- Develop and implement PR activities such as media events, interviews, familiarization trips and advertorials that maximize brand exposure and create opportunities for positive free publicity

- Respond to information queries from media and the general public

- Update media kits, media database and filing on a daily basis

- Compile all PR related reports, including monthly clipping

- Establish and maintain good relations with target media

- Assist in pitching and biding project

- Other PR related tasks assigned

Requirements

- Bachelor degree or above; Major in public relation, communications, journalism or tourism management is preferred

- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in similar position in PR agency; Serving for an international lifestyle or tourism brand is a plus

- Must be excellent in writing advertorial and press release

- Good knowledge about latest digital and social media platform

- Strong media network and relationships

- Highly proficiency in spoken and written English, able to communicate with clients via email, conference call and in person

- A self-starter, responsible professional with can-do attitude and result-driven

- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
