KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-Task-description of General VM

· Plan, implement and monitor ECCO VM principles in all dealer shops

· Coordinate and plan VM support for all new/refit/relocation shop openings

· Regularly update VM data for all shops

· Support with VM related aspects on all marketing driven retail activations activities, road show, event and conferences

· Spot possible improvement in ECCO’s VM principles

-Task-description of POS Material (POSM) and display

· Coordinate and execute seasonal POSM all in-store POSM accordingly to the flowchart

· Assist and support dealers in special VM programs

· Regularly update the distribution plan for POSM

· Plan and implement mini display

-Task-description of Training

· Plan and implement seasonal VM training

· Plan, develop and execute the seasonal VM guidelines

· Update and develop new VM training material regularly

· Update and implement the KPI assessment report

· Assist in developing the monthly VM guidelines accordingly to the flowchart

· Regularly execute shop visit to implement VM assessment report

· Follow-up on the assessment report and ensure on-site VM training

· Provide in-store staff training

· Consolidate monthly VM report from each shops and provide feedback to each report

Ensure regularly feedback from shop staff on the VM matter and plan action accordingly

-Task-description of monthly internal reports

· VM project update

· VM guideline follow up report

· Business trip plans and check store report

· Shop opening update

· VM KPI assessment report

-Others:

· Quarterly overview of all training material and guidelines

· Support in maintaining the showroom and stockroom

REQUIREMENT

1. Diploma in Art/Design or relevant Majors

2. 3 years of experience with international brand preferred

3. Strong sense of fashion and visual art

4. Outgoing, self-motivated and positive

5. Good interpersonal skill, communication skill and team work

6. Proficient in English
