工作职责：

Internal Communications with all staffs and give necessary marketing support.

Managing the marketing materials of HCN and delivering on time by approved requests from other departments.
管理市场物料，并根据批准后的申请及时分发至相关部门。
Creating simple design files for brochures and using digital graphics and desktop publishing software.
制作简单的手册设计文档，并能使用数字图像和桌面排版系统软件。
Undertake proofreading, copy writing, editing copy and information collection as required.
根据要求校对文档，版权信息，编辑文字与信息收集。
Liaising with HCN nominated designers and printers.
联系HCN指定的印刷设计师与印刷供应商。
Maintaining and devising of archiving systems for marketing documents, including filing, data management etc.
维护和管理市场文件归档系统,包括文件归档、数据管理等。
Tracking advertising for HCN as required.
根据要求跟踪HCN投放的广告。
Organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files.
组织，维护电子和纸质档案。
Assisting Data entry for CRM database.
协助进行CRM数据库信息录入
Searching giveaway sourcing for HCN and doing primary price enquiry.
寻找公司礼品采购资源并进行初步询价。
Assisting the preparation and running of fairs, roadshows and other events.
协助公司展会，路演与其他市场活动的准备和运行。

岗位要求：
1．本科以上学历，英语六级以上；
2．有两年以上相关工作经验者优先；
3．有较强的文字表达能力，良好的英文听、说、读、写、译能力；
4．熟练掌握常用办公软件，熟练的文字排版处理能力；
5. 具有一定的PS与AI运用能力。
