Position Overview:
In this job the candidate will be a member of highly talented and dedicated team of process integration for WLM (Wafer Level Camera Module) product development, process flow sustaining, production yield improvement, manufacturing techniques providing in a semiconductor company. Interacts with product design and development personnel to ensure that processes and designs are compatible.

Responsibilities:
Primary (70%):
1. To translate customer requirements to fab language, consolidate customer requirements for specific customized application, and cooperates with fab engineers and outsource suppliers internally to ensure and improve production yield.
2. Outsourcing process management and evaluation in China, such as IR-cut coating, Cr coating, Optical glass and Spacer drill...etc.
3. In charge of responsible products yield performance and new pilot line setup at Shanghai.
Secondary (30%):
1. Lens and module optical testing tool sustain and result analysis for responsible products.
2. Outsourcing process management and evaluation in China, such as IR-cut coating, Cr coating, Optical glass and Spacer drill...etc.

Requirement:
1. Good communication and coordination skills, related process integration, optical/camera module or assembly process experience is a plus for the position.
2. Competence in problem solving as well as English ability is a must.
3. Majored in an engineering and scientific field such as Optics, Physics, Engineering or Science background.
