Job Responsibilities:

岗位职责:

1.To recruit, support, maintain a service network, and conduct the training seminars.

招募、支持及维护服务网络，并开展培训研讨会；

2.Provides phone support to field service technicians in repair of foodservice equipment.

为维修餐饮设备提供可支持的现场技术服务；

3.Assists distribution and regional sales representatives in solving service related issues.

协助区域销售代表以解决产品售后服务上的相关问题；

4.Provides input to quality, engineering, warranty Departments on equipment performance, design and problems.

提供质量、工程、保修部门输入关于设备性能、设计及相关疑问等信息；

5.Writes and prepares technical service literature and training presentations appropriate for the field service technician.

为现场售后服务人员编写及准备适用于有关技术服务和培训报告；

6.Coordinates and installs preventive maintenance programs and provides service for customers.

协助及安装预防性维护计划并提供客户相关的售后服务；

7.Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

完成其它分配的工作职责。

Qualifications:

任职资格:

1.Bachelor Engineering degree or higher with a major in Refrigeration Engineering.

理工科本科及以上学历，制冷工程专业优先考虑；

2.7+ years working experiences in the Refrigeration or Air Conditioning industry with 3 years in managerial level.Experience in commercial foodservice equipment preferred.

7年以上制冷或空调行业相关工作经验，其中三年为管理级别。拥有商用餐饮设备行业经验者优先考虑；

3.Ability to solve problems within defined procedures to deal with varied, difficult and specialized job situations.

在规定的程序下处理各种困难及解决专业问题的能力；

4.Skilled in planning and prioritizing daily work activities.

计划及妥善安排日常工作的技能；

5.Good English (both written and spoken) and superior communication ability.

良好的英语及沟通交流能力。
