工作职责：

1.管理和维护公司重要文件，技术文件以及工程图纸并确保其完好无损；

2.更新和分发技术文件以及工程图纸至生产部或相关部门；

3.协调所有与文件管理相关的工作包括但不仅限于技术文件和工程图纸；

4.及时登记、更新技术文件和工程图纸，确保版本的准确性和维持最新版本；

5.定期提交文件管理报告和文件更新记录；

6.确保把最新版本的技术文件和工程图纸分发到生产部、供应商、分包商；

7.确保文件管理的办公室或储藏室里所有的文件和图纸完好无损，并进行分类编号以便于调阅；

8.建立与更新材料清单和编码。

任职要求：

1.教育背景：专科或以上学历，机械工程，电气工程或土木工程专业；

2.工作经验：2-3年；

3.语言要求：具有一定的英语阅读能力，英语读写熟练尤佳；

4.技能技巧：具有很好的协调和协调能力，具有亲和力，具备良好的团队合作精神。
