岗位职责

• 会见潜在客户（广告代理，高端品牌和杂志），演示作品集并发展业务；
• 和各种创意人才建立长久的联系，且维护关系；
• 为潜在的广告样本或摄影项目计算预算并准备报价；
• 独立地进行谈判工作并签订项目合约；
• 作为资深制片，带领其他制片管理和操作项目；
• 与我们的摄影师和修图师一同工作，并和其他外聘同事配合，如造型师，发型师，模特经纪；
• 记录并汇报业务拓展活动，向总经理汇报；
• 富有挑战性的工作，与之相称的薪酬和提成制度；

资历要求

• 至少3年摄影或相关行业经验，或者......
• 等量的在知名企业和快速消费品行业的市场部工作经验；
• 知识面宽，尤其理解市场营销和沟通；
• 开朗的性格，愿意与他人打交道；
• 销售工作经验，并乐意为之；
• 中国国籍，中文为母语，英语流利，最好有国外工作或生活经验；
• 略懂photoshop,indesign和illustrator；

Your Job.

• Meet potential clients (ad agencies, premium brands & magazines) to present folios + get jobs
• Build lasting relationships with all kinds of creatives and maintain those relationships
• Calculate jobs + prepare quotes for potential advertising, catalog or any other photo shoots
• Negotiate and close jobs and contract by yourself
• Produce and manage jobs on an executive producer level, lead producers
• Work with our Photographers & Retouchers and external parties (Stylists, HMA, Model Agents)
• Record and report BizDev activities and report those to the GM
• Challenging job comes with a matching compensation and an interesting commission structure

Your Profile.

3 years working experience minimum in photography production or related industries or
Working experience in marketing department of famous brand owner or FMCG company
Wide range of knowledge, especially good understanding in marketing and communication
Outgoing personality with a natural interest to meet people from all walks of life
Sales experience and interest in it
Chinese nationality is a must. Native Chinese speaking, flueent English is required
Rough idea about in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop required
