Job Description:
Major Job Responsibility:
· Fully understand and perform a variety of administrative tasks using established methods and procedures. Include prioritizing own workload.
· Receive and screen communications including telephone calls, mails and e-mail messages, and use independent judgment to determine those requiring priority attentions.
· Maintain the Manager's calendar by scheduling appointments and meetings based on workload and priorities and by preparing agendas and materials.
· Make travel arrangements; prepare travel expense books and process payments.
· Coordinate conferences and events.
· Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, correspondence, reports, and presentation materials;
· Prioritize, channel, and facilitate communication between the Manager's management team
· Coordinate visits to the office; ensure professional communications with external parties
· Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Candidate Requirements:
· Bachelor degree with minimum 5 years administrative experience in MNC.
· Fluent written and spoken in English
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of parties.
· Ability to analyze and solve problems.
· Proactive and reliable
· Good time management skills
· Good computer skills
