具有良好的组织、管理、沟通与协调能力；
富有团队精神，积极、自信、敬业；有高度的责任感和严谨的工作态度，有直面客户不屈不挠的精神；
能熟练操作海空运全程流，从订舱到结算能独立完成，熟悉物流软件；良好英文读写能力；
能独立与国外代理联络日常工作，优化公司操作成本，配合公司财务、业务部处理有关事项，包括提供应收应付的准确单证资料及有关动态情况的密切协调。
