职位描述
Position: Account Manager
Department: Sales
Report to: Sales Director
l Develop the new clients actively, judge the effective ones, sustained track and create the business opportunities
l Keep the good relationship with the clients, to find the requirements comprehensively
l Execute all aspects of the customer relationship process – from lead identification and opportunity development, through proposal generation and negotiation, to deal closure, post-sale account and pipeline management
l Cooperate with our internal Knowledge Management Team and Consultants effectively
l Record the daily work through CRM system in time
Skills/Qualifications
l Demonstrated track record in selling intangible learning solutions to OD professionals
l Proven ability to generate new business, grow existing customers and bring deals to closure
l Ability to understand and articulate client business issues and strategic initiatives
l High motivation, flexibility, self-discipline and a positive attitude
l Excellent proposal writing ability and articulate presentation skills
l Good oral and written English, Tem-8 is a plus
l Bachelor’s degree or above
