Position: Program Manager/Specialist

Job Responsibilities
·Researching and studying domestic and overseas training products;
·Developing training products with consultants;
·Compiling marketing communication material in Chinese and English;
·Involved in product knowledge training and product marketing campaigns;
Job Requirements
·Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, HRM or other relevant subject areas;
·English level TEM 8, excellent English-Chinese/Chinese-English language and MS Office computer skills;
·More than 2 years working experience in training and management consulting firm or professionals in the organization and training development of a multi-national
·company preferred;
·Independent self-motivator and good communicator with open mind and systematic thinking
·A mature person, a fast learner, team player willing to take challenge and accept extraassignment

技能/资质

·大学本科以上学历，企业管理、人力资源管理或相关专业；

·英语专业8级，良好的中英文互译能力，并能熟练使用办公软件；

·2年以上咨询培训业或跨国公司组织和培训发展经验为佳；

·能独立工作并善于自我激励；

·具备良好的沟通能力、开放的心态和系统化思维能力；

·个性成熟，能快速学习；

·具备良好的团队精神，乐于接受挑战并能完成指派的其它工作。
