Position: Sales Trainee

Department: Sales

Report to: Sales Director

Job Description

l Learn sales process and training industry knowledge by completing training/coaching program and study assignments.

l Make regular phone calls and send emails to clients to maintain the relationship

l Learn to search, identify and visit potential clients to bring in new business.

l Work closely with our knowledge management team and consultants

l Need to represent the organization at trade fairs and other events, to find the possible opportunities for further business

l Keep records of sales and order information and files the copies to sales admin

Skills/Qualifications

l Strong communication and interpersonal skills

l Persuasive, cordial, initiative and a good negotiator

l Customer service oriented

l Good oral and written English, Tem-8 is a plus

l Fresh Graduates

l Corporate training industry knowledge is preferred

l 与知识管理团队和讲师密切合作

l 需要代表公司出席展会和其他活动，寻找合适的业务机会

l 按时填写公司CRM系统,时时更新业务进展情况

技能/资质

l 较强的沟通和人际互动能力

l 说服力强、待人真诚、有主动性、擅于谈判

l 有客户服务导向意识

l 良好的英语表达和写作能力，专业八级优先

l 本科应届毕业生

l 了解企业培训行业的优先考虑
