The company is a JV and with the majority shareholder being a well known MNC. With significant investment to the JV business is now expanding the operation both China and international market, and is seeking a Financial controller to partner the business to achieve high growth.
Job Description
Reporting to China CFO, this executive level position will be responsible for:
－ Accounting function of the JV to coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analysis and information reports
－ Create value through the development of strategic business and operational plans, projects, programs and systems including revenue growth, expense control, operation income and free cash flow.
－ Create, coordinate and evaluate the financial programs of the company to include budgeting, tax planning, real estate and conservation of assets
－ Create value through operational and financial analysis and to pinpoint potential weak areas and business opportunities
－ Direct and indirect sales control, pricing control, product management control, sales backlog analysis, customer financing, product costing, stock and WIP control, value chain analysis, purchasing control and benchmarking
－ Leading and developing the finance team
The Successful Applicant:
We are seeking A Finance Controller with
－ Degree in accounting & finance. Familiar with PRC and IFRS GAAP, tax laws and regulations.
－ More than 10 years relevant working experience in accounting functions plus 3+ years in management level.
－ Powerful on process and staff management, Loyal and honest, high responsibility
－ Fluent in oral and written English and Chinese.
－ Working knowledge of Chemical manufacturing industry will be a big plus
