GENERAL SUMMARY:
Work as coordinator in HR team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Duty 1– Attendance 30%
·Maintain Netdoor / finger print system, privilege group and badge
·Responsible for manage annual leave and attendance record.
·Provide attendance related analysis report.
·Renew flexible working time once a year.
2.Duty 2- Employee Information 30%
·To be administrator of HRIS system
·Input and update employees’ information in HRIS and backup every month
·Responsible for dealing hiring process / internal transfer process
·Responsible for HC tracking monthly or weekly.
·Update organization chart.
3.Duty 3- Induction Coordination 20%
·Be a coordinator with Fesco and other vendors.
·To be a front desk of HR to provide basic consultancy with employees.
·Responsible for new hiring orientation and related materials.
·Build, collect and preliminary check staff archive, personal materials correctly and update timely.
4.Duty 4- Admin 20%
·Work as Finance coordinator to deal with reimbursement/payment process
·Responsible for any employment related certificate such as employment / income certificate.
·Other HR daily operation.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1) Competencies: Skills, knowledge, & abilities
Interpersonal Competencies:
·Ability to effectively manage their time in order to finish tasks on schedule
·Smart, quick learner.
·Strong sense of responsibility.
·Good at Planning / Priority setting, organized, could handle mutil-Task.
·Proactive and positive.
·Detailed, careful.
·Strong execution ability.
·Good personality.
Leadership Competencies:
·Demonstrate integrity, maturity and a constructive approach to challenges.
2) Experience:
- Working experience in foreign company is preferred.
- Basic Knowledge on HR process/ Procedure
- Basic knowledge/experience in compensation planning and administration, familiar with Salary, HR policies and regulations
- Must have strong computer skills, email, Word, Excel, etc.
- Ability to work under a fast paced delivery oriented environment
- Technically competent, creative, has initiative and ability to work independently
- Team player
- Good oral and written English
3) Minimum educational level:
- University degree or above, major in management or human resources
