职位描述
Location
Base on Shanghai Fengxian office mainly,
with sometimes travelling to Pudong, Songjiang and Shandong
Reports to the IT Manager China
Responsibility
-1st level support for all IT infrastructure and telecommunication related incidents
-Securing availability and functioning of IT Hard- and Software as well as media technique (LAN/Wifi, Video Beamer, Video Conference System, etc.)
-Proactive incident handling --> help to identify training needs for local/regional Users
-Maintain a register of all reported and issues and requests (helpdesk/ticketing protocol)
-Install, repair, maintain and support Computer, Printer and Peripherals related Hardware and Software
-Provide support to internal IT users for client hard- and software issues
-Analysis and resolution of incidents or problems
-Configuration, setup and rollout of new devices (PC, Notebook, Printer, etc.)
-Support of system upgrades (Operating system, MS Office, etc.)
Qualification
-Microsoft Certification for Windows Client Software (Windows 7, Office 2010, MS Outlook/Exchange)
-Good understanding of Client Security Software (e.g. Trendmicro Antivirus, Client Firewall)
-Basic understanding of Microsoft Network (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP)
-Experience in educating IT end users and providing helpdesk support
-English Language knowledge
Duties
-Supervise and urge IT end users to comply with Group IT Policy
-Coordinate with external suppliers to resolve hardware, software or network issues
-Proactive incident handling --> help to identify training needs for local Users
Skills / Attributes Required
-College degree at least
-Minimum 3 years of experience in end user support
-Experience in end user trainings
-Experience in managing a MS Windows based IT landscape
-Microsoft Certification for Windows Client Software (Windows 7, MS Office 2010/2013)
-Good understanding of Client Security and VPN Software (e.g. Antivirus, Client Firewall, VPN client)
-Basic understanding of Microsoft server infrastructure (File-/Print server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
-Basic understanding of virtualization technologies (VMWare, Hyper-V)
-Experience in providing end user support
-High level of service orientation towards customers (end users)
-English Language knowledge
