职位描述
职责说明(Job Description):
1、组织根据公司销售策略,制定并实施新产品发展计划及OTB买货策略,并直接参与总部买货
2、对新开零售店进行配货管理,并进行各零售店间新货分配及实施调拨计划,以确保所有零售店铺所展现给顾客的产品系列及款式与公司营运策略相一致
3、具体实施产品市场调研工作,撰写调研报告,为产品定价、调价、营销策划等提供数据支持
4、收集竞争产品的价格、营销等信息,掌握行业发展动态,及时提出产品改造与新产品开发建议
5、制定并实施产品月度统计分析职能,通过《周转率分析表》《进销存分析表》《存货分析表》《销货分析表》及<款销分析表》对各零售店的产品状况进行分析以确保销售业绩的达成
6、制作时尚趋势及产品培训课件,与培训经理(主管)相结合对零售店一线员工进行培训,以确保员工对各个系列的产品知识都具有相当之了解
7、与意大利总部紧密沟通,每日跟进所有订单(新品、加定产品、特殊定制产品、返修产品)的确认、发货及实际到货事宜
8、根据制度要求,最为与意大利沟通的桥梁,负责各零售店产品返修事宜,确保返修过程无差错,并每周提供《门店问题商品汇总表》
9、根据制度要求的流程,作为与意大利沟通的桥梁,负责各零售店高级定制事宜,确保定制过程无差错,并每周提供《门店高级定制商品汇总表》
10、保持总仓及门店库存信息的实时性以供管理层参考
11、对下属进行培训:对下属的日常工作行为、心态及心理进行辅导
12、向上级报告商品管理体系的业绩和任何改进的需求,作为商品管理人员协助营运部经理处理商品方面的其他事务
任职资格:
· Strong record of academic and professional performance, with references
· 5+ years’ merchandising or planning experience in the retail industry including 2+ years of managerial experience
· Extremely sensitive to numbers; strong data analysis skills
· Honest, open, and non-hierarchical attitude
· Strong prioritization and organizational skills
· Able to present clearly and impactfully
· Driven to execute efficiently and accurately
· Professional demeanor
· Proactive, ambitious, flexible, and entrepreneurial; able to work in a startup environment
· Computer and systems literate
Fluent in Mandarin and English
