职位描述
职责说明(Job Description):
1、制定年度营销策略计划和实施计划,包括:营销目标策略、广告、消费者促销、产品延伸、包装和VI改进、建议以及执行计划纲要;
2、协助建立和维护与媒体的关系,整合媒体资源,分配各媒体投放比例,并进行月度媒体曝光信息通报
3、月度、年度新闻稿撰写
4、组织和协调各类整合营销活动,制定并执行日常市场营销计划;按照市场需求策划市场营销活动、销售拉动计划和方案,并组织计划、方案的有效实施,提升品牌的销量,提高公司赢利能力及知名度。
5、通过市场分析、产品组合计划、消费群体分析 、公关活动及销售计划的全面实施,制定新产品发展计划、赠品发展计划等,最大限度地提高销售业绩
6、负责与意大利总部及时沟通以确保品牌形象、品牌信息
7、负责各项营销政策和考核方法、标准的制定、审核、评估和改进工作,并监督执行;
8、负责各类整合营销活动的效果评估,品牌的创意管理和媒介购买工作及效果监测、付款等后勤工作;
9、及时调整市场费用在各个大项上的投入
10、对下属进行培训:对下属的日常工作行为、心态及心理进行辅导

The STEFANO RICCI Company was founded in 1972 by Florentine designer Stefano Ricci. Passionate about ties, he decided to create his own designs at a very young age.
