Job Objective:
？ Satisfy the internal and external customers in terms of service by implementing the proper logistic process, reducing logistic cycle time, controlling the inventory, ensuring delivery in full and in time, and managing properly logistic assets, while achieving an optimized overall logistic cost.

Job Responsibilities:
？ Supervise and control the performance of logistic operations; Work with the team to achieve the KPIs
？ Deplore systematically logistic analysis, identify the problems and propose actions for improvements (freight, filling rate, flows, packing, packaging, inventory, warehousing, cost,…)
？ Participate in deployment of SAP, be in charge of implementation SAP in different sites, in particular in DCs and ensure the consistence of SAP between system and physical flow.
？ Implement a strict and systematic stock control in central warehouse, DCs and customers’ on-site buffers (consignments); define the proper management rules with a regular monitoring, proceed for systematic analysis of discrepancy and propose actions for a continuous improvement.
？ Set up and improve continuously the receiving / storage / delivery operations procedures in DCs and keep monitoring on process status.
？ Ensure warehousing management efficiency: FIFO, inventory accuracy, goods movements, layout optimization….
？ Controlling the inventory level and managing properly logistic assets.
？ Transportation management: implement the shipment planning, filling rate, define proper logistic flow in order to achieve a delivery in full and in time while minimizing the cost.
？ Define and coordinate internal logistic flows with related departments and external logistics flows with customers to reach the required service level.
？ Control, monitor and interact properly with 3PLs in order to reduce cost and lead time.
？ Good team work with purchasing and planning teams as well as other teams in the company.
？ Quick reaction to problem and anticipation to logistic risks. Capacity to handle the crisis. .
？ Implement a consistent and fair discipline in accordance with company’s policies, rules and Regulations
？ Responsible for the performance of EHS in the function.
？ EHS:
？ Total comply with local regulations & laws and follow site EHS procedures /rules.
？ Attend EHS training, participate in site EHS activities and promote EHS requirements.
？ Timely report any EHS related injury /environmental / occupational health cases and near miss cases and TF4/TF5; and ensure all corrective actions will be closed within defined timeline.

Job Requirements
？ Bachelor degree or above; preferable majored in supply-chain/logistic
？ English: CET-6 or above, Fluent in both written and spoken English
？ Excellence in MS Office.
？ More than 5 years’ experience in logistics, preferably in automotive industry
