Job Description:
1.Responsible for development team building, and mentor junior developers.
2.Responsible for the full life-cycle of projects, including requirements, technical design, task estimation, implementation, automated testing, debugging, and deployment.
3.Take ownership of major features and components of our online management platform.
4.Architect, design and implement major features and components from requirements, write functional and technical specifications.

Qualifications:
1.3+ years developing in Java,2+ years management experience
2.Strong communication skills, leadership skills, good sense of mentoring and guiding people for their professional growth
3.Expert in J2EE and web based applications.
4.Good experience with object-oriented design and implementation.
5.Experience with SSH(Struts, Spring, Hibernate) preferred.
6.Familiar with Spring Security, Oracle Database is a plus.
7.Comfortable with Linux development environment.
