Job Description:
? Provide technical support during system implementation in the whole project life cycle
? Proactively troubleshoot issues and provide resolution of issues in projects
? Develop customization with senior staff 's mentoring and guide
? Assist technical project manager on monitoring of project risk from technical aspects and development timeline
? Provide presales support from technical aspects
? Support APAC projects remotely or on-site

Requirements:
? Good thinking, customer oriented, self-motivated and team player
? Bachelor or above in Computer Science, Software Program or related
? Strong problem-solving skills.
? Ability to learn new technologies and new products quickly
? Good English skill on verbal and writing.
? Willing to travel outside of Shanghai for long time project deployment, up to 50%.
? Solid experience on C++, SQL statement, Java (or .Net)
? Have basic knowledge with Oracle database, UNIX, vb scripts, java scripts, XML, perl, shell script, web service
? 2+ years experience on software development, supply chain or warehouse management background is preferred
