Summary
We are searching for outstanding web developers to be responsible for developing web-based systems. Our web developers work closely with our project managers and design team members to develop specifications and make recommendations on the use of new and emerging technologies. Programming, graphic design and database administration are all elements of this position. (工程师主要负责web-based的系统开发和维护的工作，涉及编码、界面和数据库等技术，在团队中的PM和小组成员合作项目。)

Responsibilities
1、Create web-based applications with .NET/C# (需要开发web-based程序，主要使用.NET/C#语言环境)
2、Manage components of the B/S system (管理、升级已经完成的项目模块)
3、Design/Develop/Test/Deploy web applications (设计、开发、测试和部署都会有所涉及)

Requirements
1、Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Master degree is desirable (本科计算机或以上)
2、Over 0~1 years solid working experience on software development, Undergraduated students also welcome (1年左右工作经验，同事欢迎应届生)
3、Good skill on Visual Studio, client-side scripting, ASP.NET, C#, AJAX and JQuery (对此类技术熟悉掌握)
4、Strong SQL Server, JavaScript, HTML, XML, CSS, Webservices (对此类技术熟悉掌握)
5、Good communication skill and good teamwork sprit (较好的沟通能力)
6、Can work under pressure and be willing to meet the challenge (面对压力和挑战)
7、English to entry level (具备英文阅读和沟通能力)
