Responsibilities:
1. Knowing the latest requirements of BSCI
2. Introducing and explanation of BSCI requirement to makers
3. Regular evaluation of suppliers on BSCI requirement
4. Support makers to getting familiar with BSCI requirement
5. Push makers to launch the BSCI audit
6. Controlling makers to realize improvement
7. Monitoring the BSCI database of makers
8. Monitoring time tables of BSCI audits of makers
9. Maintain contact with BSCI responsible persons of Headquarters in Germany

职责范围

1. 掌握BSCI最新的要求

2. 向工厂宣传和解释BSCI的内涵和要求

3. 定期评估工厂BSCI要求的符合性

4. 帮助工厂熟悉和理解BSCI的要求

5. 督促工厂开展BSCI审核

6. 监督工厂实施BSCI整改细则

7. 关注工厂的BSCI数据文件

8. 关注工厂BSCI审核的时间表

9. 跟公司德国总部BSCI负责人保持沟通

Skills:

1. Skills of coordination of different parties

2. Patience and Responsibility

3. Ready to travel about 50% of working time

4. Preferable with factory experiences with more than 500 employees and several different audits per year (mainly BSCI audits)

5. Preferable with audit experiences of a trading company controlling at least more than 20 makers

6. Preferable with auditors certificate and experience (preferable with auditors certificate for SA8000

7. English and/or German skills

素质要求：

1. 较强的沟通协调能力

2. 耐心和责任心

3. 工作时间50%以上的出差适应性

4. 工厂专职验厂专员优先：500人以上工厂，或者每年10次以上验厂，且主导通过BSCI验厂审核

5. 外贸公司验厂专员，管控过20家以上的工厂（且包含BSCI验厂）

6. 有审核经验，SA8000初级（高级）审核员证优先。

7. 会英语（同时也懂德语者优先）
