岗位要求：

1、拥有丰富的各类服装操作经验，熟悉各类服装的制作、生产流程，尤其对于真丝雪纺, 花边类面料、晚礼服产品；

2、精通各类服装的用量核排、估算，至少具有五年以上排料报价实际操作经验，能够独立操作各类款式、各类面料的用料、成本核算；

3、熟悉各类面料的特性，精通印花、对格条等定位排料、裁剪要求，懂的印花花位花稿调整操作；

4、熟悉CAD操作系统，能够借助CAD软件核排用量，有PGM软件操作经验优先考虑；

5、具备一定的沟通、管理能力，以及较强的团队合作精神，能够将公司利益置于首要位置。
