职位描述
o Windows Server 2008 and 2012 Server support in an enterprise, multi-domain, multi-forest environment. Windows Server 2003 knowledge is desirable as well.
o Administration of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) – knowledge and administration of both SCCM 2012 and SCCM 2007 are most desirable
o Techniques of a high degree of proficiency (senior) for the installation, maintenance, customization, monitoring, and testing of components within the targeted technical area(s) of expertise
o Evaluation techniques for hardware and/or software offerings as they pertain to the assigned technical area
o Companies IT Environment, its hardware, software and network components and the relationship of the components
o Excellent written and verbal English skills that will be used to communicate to technical and non-technical coworkers.
o 3-4 years of experience in system support activities in a large system environment
