Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and follow up of construction activity of new stores through good coordination with subcontracted companies and sales team/client
2. Excellent execution and follow up of national trade fairs twice a year
3. Prepare project proposals according to the commercial negotiation result
4. Adapt and control time frames and budgets for project and construction
5. Provide technical inspection of premises and construction
6. Certify legal and administrative documentation and technical reports

Requirements:
1. Above 2 years' working experience with construction or design related
2. Good command of uderstanding operational issues (to understand technical drawings)
3. Good understanding of operational issues (to understand technical drawings)
4. Excellent command of relevant software such as Auto-CAD and MS Office
5. Familiar to work management system or applications
6. Availability to travel and sometimes work in the night
7. Experience in retail industry is preferred
