Responsibility:

1. Analyze data to detect quality problems and recommend corrective actions
2. Work closely with customer representatives and insure that customer concerns in product quality & safety, and customer complaints are resolved
3. Involve customer satisfaction activities and improve product and safety performance on an ongoing basis, if necessary.

4. Review pack specifications for new packs to determine performance requirements and quality control plan in order to meet and/or exceed customer expectations
5. Assist in the conduct and development of preventative programs to reduce defects in major quality and safety areas

6. Perform daily MRB activities and work with related department to determine root causes and implementing close-loop corrective action.
7. Participate program, product design, and safety team in assisting smooth product qualification and launch;

Qualification:

1. MSEE or equivalent degree;
2. 6+ years of battery pack/electronics experience;
3. Working knowledge of 8D, FMEA, PPAP, ISO9000, Failure Analysis, and Control Plans;
4. Demonstrated expertise in customer focus and excellent verbal and written communication skill;
5. ASQC-CQE or Green/Black belt experience is desire;
6. fluency english capability.
