内销产品的质量控制及管理 Quality control for domestic products

工作内容 Responsibility:
1.质量控制和管理 Quality Control and Management
1.1对现有项目，跟踪产品的质量状况，积极主动采取措施，保证出货质量
For current project, follow up the progress of product realization, take proactive action to guarantee quality
1.2对新项目，明确客户的质量要求并确认其合理性，确保样品得到客户的批准，批量生产的产品质量达到客户要求
For new project, clarify quality requirement with customers, assure sample release by customer and good quality of mass production.
1.3及时将进料检验中发现的不合格品信息传递给供应商，要求供应商采取纠正措施，并跟踪实施；
Inform supplier with non-conformances identified in IQC, ask supplier to take corrective action, and follow up the implementation.
1.4协助供应商进行不良原因分析，并形成纠正预防措施报告，并监督纠正预防措施的执行情况；
Work with supplier to make root cause analysis for defect, and finalize corrective and preventative action report, monitor the implement of the actions.
1.5按项目记录产品质量历史状况，包括发生的问题以及采取的措施。
Record quality history record, including problems and corrective actions

2.供应商开发 Supplier Development
2.1配合采购进行新供应商的开发及评估；
Help purchaser to develop and evaluate new supplier
2.2 新项目阶段关键工艺流程识别和供应商选择建议
Identify critical process for a product and suggest suitable supplier.

3.客户投诉 Customer complaints
当发生与供应商质量有关的客户投诉时，积极和供应商一起分析原因，并要求供应商提出方案和纠正措施，跟踪供应商纠正预防措施的执行情况。
When complaints occurs in quality, analyze root cause for non-conformance with supplier together, and ask supplier to take corrective actions and follow up.

任职资格 Specifications:
大学专科及以上，机械相关专业
3年以上质量工程师或者工艺工程师工作经验,有机加工，钣金冲压，压铸或者紧固件行业工作背景优先考虑；
有供应商审核相关经验
熟练使用MS Office 办公软件
具有良好的沟通能力
具有基本的英文读写能力
