岗位职责/Job description

1.作为客户接口，负责客户投诉的处理 

  

 Act as customer interface, handle customer complaint

2.负责产品质量事故的调查和处理，并提供长短期解决措施

  

Responsible for customer complaint investigation, give solution to customer complaint (short term and long term)

3.主导客户退回不良品的分析，提交报告

  

Lead fan analysis, provide fan inspection report or 8D report

4.市场不良问题的数据的收集、分析、统计

  

Customer complaint data collect, analysis, statistics   

  

职位要求：job requirements: 

1.本科以上学历，机械电子工程/机电一体化，自动化等专业；

Bachelor or above, major in mechatronic engineering 

2.强的逻辑思维能力、分析判断能力、动手能力；  

Strong logic thinking, failure analysis ability, hands on willingness

3. 了解质量七大手法，熟悉8D报告；

Understand QC seven methods, familiar with 8D report

  

4. 工作认真、负责、主动性较强，良好的团队协作精神，良好的技术学习能力；

strong initiative, good team spirit, good technical learning ability

5. 能够承受工作压力，需出差；

Able to work under pressure and willing to travel (30%)

  

6. 具备流利的英语读，写和说能力，会使用办公自动化软件；

  Fluent in English reading, writing and speaking skills, can use office software.
