Job title: Project Operation

Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare cargo shipment document for both import and export and follow thru
- Closely communicate and engage with related parties such as overseas agent, suppliers and customer
- Manage cargo delivery and dispatch with related parties
- Prepare quotation and handle customer's enquires
- Provide on-site support by coordinating with related parties

Qualification:
- Good interpersonal skill and a good team player with can-do attitude
- Ability to work under time pressure with flexibility to work irregular office hours to manage exhibition project
- Good computer skills
- Good written/spoken English and Chinese capabilities
- Prefer Shanghai resident
