Job Description

1. Assist the Regional Group Brand Managers in innovation project management by being involved in operational processes

2. Take the lead in artwork management process by liaising with the relevant agencies externally and country stakeholders

3. Responsible for creating and managing master data of all products

4. Prepare analysis on the latest country – category updates

5. Assist in creating and updating presentations & reports on a regular basis

6. Assist skin care team in day to day business operation tasks

Qualification/Skills Requirement

1. Colleague graduate with preferably at least 1 year of experience in a marketing role

2. Good at MS Excel and PPT skills

3. Strong multitasking abilities

4. Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written

5. Excellent presentation skills with confidence and clear flow

6. Analytical and quantitative skills

7. Detail oriented

8. Professional attitude, service orientation, and team player
