Job Description
Help the marketing team concept, produce, and execute event driven marketing programs, including ‘live’ web seminars, conferences, workshops and tradeshows.
Event budget and event calendar management for assigned projects.
Assist with event production and logistics from development of content, promotions and other event-related marketing.
Prepare event collateral, nametags, materials, promotional items, registration lists, seating cards, etc. as required.
Analyze programs for effectiveness; conduct post-event reporting and ROI analysis.
Identify and generate ideas for new event marketing opportunities based on company’s key industries, strategic partners and corporate priorities.
Interact and collaborate with customers, vendors, partners, company executives and a wide range of functional groups within Camstar.
Manage site selection for conferences and other corporate events
Assist in negotiating contracts and relationships with vendors (host facility, transportation companies, caterers, hotels, etc.)
Planning and managing week of pre-event preparations (packing, shipping/moving, unpacking and post-event breakdown)
Playing key hospitality role onsite at each event, ensuring attendees have a positive experience.
Serving on the Annual Customer Conference Task Force with other leads in managing all aspects of the conference.
Some travel nationwide to support onsite execution and management of events
Coordinate and plan logistics for tradeshows and other Camstar sponsored events. (RAPS, Interphex, AdvaMed, FDA News, etc.).
Requirements
5 years Marketing experience in electronics MES
Good relationship with SMT equipment or Test machine vendors
Good oral & written English
