技能要求：
1.艺术相关专业大专以上学历，良好的美术感觉和功底，对创意概念的领悟性强
具备较强的学习能力.1-3年左右同行业工作经验;
2.精通3DsMAX,完成建模，贴图,渲染
3.对AUTOCAD、PHOTOSHOP、Illustrator软件有最基本的了解和日常操作能力;
4.3D空间创作能力强，富有创造力，能独立、快捷完成设计工作;
5.熟悉现场施工，指导和监察工程进度，组织搭建。
6.有为国际品牌活动或展台做独立设计的设计师优先;有4A公司或活动公关公司服务经验者优先；
7.良好的沟通表达能力、有责任心、勤奋乐观为人正直、有团队精神

工作职责：
1、能根据CD/AD的说明，完全理解Brief内容，准确实现设计效果，及有关视觉表现的工作；

2. 可以独立与项目经理进行活动设计与绘图工作

3、设计上的文字、色彩、图片、图案等的选择编排；
4、完稿设计上的一切详细描述和确定；
5、与业务团队保持良好密切的沟通，坚持以团队利益为首要考虑点，确保良好的交流平台；
6、定期整理资料刻盘，项目结束后及时备份资料；
7、遵守资料管理规定，合理使用和保管公司的软硬件；
8、现场施工，指导和监察工程进度，组织搭建；
9、其它临时性工作。
