岗位描述
-Farmilar with factory audit process and ISO 9000/SA 8000…standard.
-Contact with suppliers to arrange audit and / or inspection
-Conduct factory audit and / or inspection independently
-Write factory audit report and / or inspection report timely
-Follow up suppliers regarding to CAPA after audit and / or inspection
-Work closely with coordinator regarding to audit schedule when schedule needs to be changed
-Collect and update the related management systems, regulations & laws timely
-Handle customers’ and suppliers’ emails regarding to audit, inspection independently
-Assist to double check audit and inspection reports when necessary
-Collaborate QA/QC team members to get the works done well
-Finish other works assigned by quality manager
-Report to quality manager regarding to the related works timely
-Submit to quality manager’s work arrangement

1.熟悉验厂基本流程，ISO 9000、SA8000等验厂标准。
2.联系工厂安排工厂审核和验货事宜
3.独立执行工厂审核和验货工作
4.及时完成英文工厂审核报告和验货报告
5.审核和验货后跟踪供应商的纠正预防措施和改进计划
6.审核计划有变化时及时和协调员联系
7.及时收集和更新相关管理体系和法律法规要求
8.处理英文客户和供应商关于审核和验货的邮件
9.完成其他质量经理安排的工作
10.及时向质量经理报告工作
11.服从质量经理的工作安排

职位要求：
-大专以上学历？
-审核经验一年以上，能经常适应国内外出差（含东南亚国家）
-英语听，说，读写良好；
-工作认真细致、积极主动，学习能力强，强烈的责任心；
-良好的语言表达能力和综合协调能力；
-能熟练运用办公软件；
-与同事协作精神
