Job description:

1. plan and manage the academic issues

2. develop and design the DEMOs and courses

3. assign teaching jobs to teachers rationally and evaluate the teachers’ teaching effectiveness

4. cope with complaints from students and parents to improve their satisfaction

5. provide training to the teachers once a week and supervise their process of work

6. arrange new classes and check the course schedule

7. do KPI for each teacher every season and maintain the quality of teaching

8. give immediate help to the staff when they are not able to handle something unsolvable happens

9. let each teacher know clearly about the essence and the patterns teaching at K&H

10. make comprehensive programs for certain activities, e.g. Halloween, Christmas, Chinese New Year, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Children’s Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, Thanksgiving

11. arrange the entrance tests for new students, keep a stable rate of students who continue their study in K&H and know well about the number of all students, review the final tests at the end of each semester and make a reasonable arrangement for each student to be in a suitable class

12. supervise and urge the foreign teachers to deal with the issues for working visa

13. place an order and get well prepared for all the teaching stuff

14. handle all academic affairs and accomplish the tasks assigned by the supervisors in an all-round way

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in English

2. at least 5-year experience in teaching English to young learners
