Job Title: Travel QC (woven/knit)

Job Description :

Located in Shanghai, you will be expected to work with our suppliers as well as knits/woven suppliers in southern China, mainly in Zhejiang/Jiangsu area:

1. Using the approved final package, validate that product is aligned to our quality and brand standards according to inspection schedule designed by Head Office& General Manager;

2. Collaborate with appointed factories and related QC teams to ensure that the production standards are well explained, defined and understood;

3. Conducts quality control inspections at appointed factories to ensure final production is aligned to production calendar;

4. Work closely with merchandisers and patternmakers to ensure standards and fit are respected and identify possible on-the-spot solutions for manageable discrepancies;

5. Manage potential quality issues quickly and provide alternate solutions to ensure production calendar timelines are respected;

6. Provide full quality control reporting to merchandising and head office on site inspections;


Requirements:

1. College level degree an asset preferably with specialization in fashion or garment development With English certificate CET4 or above

2. At least 2-3 years in a similar or related role in a factory environment

3. woven/knit production experiences and wash knowledge a must

4. experiences of quality control on knit/woven a must

5. Excellent knowledge of the production cycle and garment construction;

6. Excellent knowledge of quality control processes and standards system, experiences with EU market a plus.

7. Knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel

8. Oral English communications capability a plus.
