职位描述
Job Descriptions:
1. Strong Knowledge of various categories,especially for promotion items of beverage brand.Not only for hardware lines but also for fashion accessories/sundry sourcing such as bags, toys, kitchen accessories, home textiles, etc.
- Work with oversea colleague to develop the desirable products according to the tightly time frame
- Assist in the Product Development process to ensure that products meet customer's quality and budget requirements
- Arrange sample submission to customers for approval, inspect samples, pack and send samples
- Guiding the factories on the samples modifications base on the feedback from the oversea offices
- Negotiating with the vendors for the quotation
- Able to source new vendors
- Responsible for all issues related to the product and technical support to the factories
2. Follow up orders with vendors, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
- Review Purchase Orders and confirm back with both customer and factories
- Arrange the sample testing if needed, communicate with factory for the factory audit and rectification measures
- Monitoring the mass production schedule, controlling every step
- Resolve conflicts between buyers and factories, e.g. delivery delay
3. Maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with vendors
- Evaluate vendors' capability
- Keep track of vendors' performance
4. Perform other duties as assigned by Management, was able to make the template to indicate the vendor performance, samples/testing/inspection tracking report,etc.
Job Requirements:
1. Education Level: College or university graduated. (Preferable in hard goods/sundries field or similar qualification).
2. Years of Experience: 5-7 years experiences in Buying/Trading office on hard goods/sundries fields for US/EU Market, engineering background in labs will be preferred.
3. Language Skills: Good command of Spoken & Written English.
4. Computer Skills: Able to use Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc) professionally.
5. High Integrity, motivated with strong creative, organizational and planning skill, can work independently.
6. Willing to travel in China.
