Position Marketing & Communication Executive
Reporting Marketing & Communication Manager
Responsibilities
Work closely with the Marketing & Communication Manager to deliver the following and ensure that guidelines and standards are maintained to achieve a consistent global image for the brand:
- Marketing:
o Image design for local ads, posters, transparencies, etc. with the assistance of designer
o Follow up the production of printing materials
o Word checking for all printing materials done in HK and Spain
o Distribute marketing materials to all POS
o LAP database maintenance
o Provide Market information as well as other actions by competitors in China market
- PR
o Draft press release, follow up the regular release with PR agency and collect clippings
o Follow up photo shootings
o Prepare editorial materials for local shopping malls and magazines upon their requests
o Assist local PR events, such as exhibition road shows, new product launch events, etc.
Profile :
Experience;
2-3 years of marketing / PR experience in similar capacity with a multi-national organization and / or luxury retail industry
Education:
University degree, preferably in Communications / Marketing
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skill
Good media and social contacts
Native tongue speaker with good command of English
Good writing skills
Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
Personality:
Cosmopolitan with strong social and interactive skills
Outgoing, energetic and poised
Self-motivated with positive outlook
Mature, reliable, independent and organized with strong ability to multi-task
Very detail person
Language
Excellent in English and Mandarin
