Requiremnt:

I. Associate college degree or above.

II. Good communication and coordination skills, proactive, quick in mind and generous in behavior, being honest, careful and serious.

III. Have good sense of team work and high ability to solve problems.

IV. Good command of English, written and spoken; skilled at office software: word, excel, PPT, etc.

V. At least 1 year of related sales assistant working experience, it would be better if worked in international freight / trade industries.

Job description:

I. Assist to sales department, providing effective service to customers directly.

II. Maintain all kinds of files and arrange sales meetings.

III. Follow up the sales activities.

IV. Keep in touch with operation department, tracking down the shipments status via Phoenix operations systems or any other tools.

V. Space & booking control under organize strategy.

VI. Timely reports prepare.

VII. Follow up on other sales management works handed over by superiors.
