Position Summary:
The Asia Pacific Service Desk provides support to internal customers for PC, server and mainframe applications and hardware. They analyze, identify and troubleshoot customer problems and restore service. They also recommend systems modifications to reduce problems.
Primary Roles/Responsibilities:
· Provide computer users with technical support on a variety of issues relating to operating systems, software, hardware, peripherals and signon.
· Track and log problem occurrences.
· Troubleshoot and resolve problems using a problem knowledge base.
· Monitor, process and resolve problems that have been reported through voice mail, e-mail and the intranet.
· Write and maintain technical documentation.
· Perform other duties as required.
· Experience on managing service desk
· Experience on automotive supplychain is a plus
· Knowledge on EDI transactions is a plus
· Customer oriented, Team work ,lead by example, multi-tasking and organizational skills.
· Be able to work flexible hours


Qualifications
Bachelor degree in any major
Customer oriented and good problem solving skill is a must.
Hardworking, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
Highly motivated, work hard and willing to learn new technologies.
Good English with both written and verbal communication is prefered
Another language skill is preferred (Japanese, Korean )
