Job Description for Service Administrator

? Send Service reports (SRT) to Service engineers after collecting them from Desk or Project engineers
? Create travel plans and travel arrangements for the engineers
? Check time sheets and SRT in Detail for completeness and take action according to the information in the SRTs
? Check the travel reimbursement for the engineers
? Check Data Backup and Message Stack
? Administer all needed Documents and Data for the Service group
? Check regularly the Tools and equipment from Service engineers and create a report for that
? organize the lending spare part for project requirement, check regularly the lending spare part statistic from project
? Support and assist service manager in all aspects


Position requirement for Service Administrator

? Work systematical and hard, can work under high pressure
? With high self-organization ability and activity work ability
? Similar working experience, good at word, excel, outlook, powerpoint and other Microsoft work sheet
? Colleague diploma
? Pass CET 4, good at English in oral and written
