职位描述:
l 执行供应商的评估和质量系统审计, 完成产品检验并提供质量报告.
l 供应商开发. 帮助现有供应商提高他们的生产和质量过程使之达到或超过奥创的要求.
l 与供应商就项目的技术标准和质量控制要求进行协调, 跟踪和处理
l 跟踪处理NCR
l 向奥创的业务单位提供项目的技术数据和信息.
l 需要经常出差.

职位要求:
l 与工程相关专业的学士学位
l 至少有3年在跨国公司担任机械产品质检和质量控制的经验
l 了解国际技术标准和质量体系
l 能根据分公司提供的图纸和技术参数准备质量管理计划和质量检查指南
l 熟悉机加工,金属制造,锻造和其他生产工艺
l 具有一定的英语读写能力
l 良好的工作态度,能量和热情

Roles and Responsibilities:
· Performs initial production and quality systems audits of potential suppliers
· Provides on-going professional insights regarding suppliers’ manufacturing and quality control processes, and works with suppliers to improve processes, and documents findings in a quality inspection report
· Communicates technical standards and quality control requirements of projects to potential and existing suppliers, as determined by the international business units
· Conducts pre-shipment quality inspection at the suppliers’ site, as needed
· Provides international business units (BU’s) with data and information about projects under his/her control, either directly or through the responsible sourcing project manager
· Utilizes the Altra Business System (ABS) to solve creatively problems and improve the processes under which the office operates
· Supplier development
· NCR follow-up
· Follows the Souring Processes documented in our office


Desired Qualifications:
· College engineering degree
· Minimum of 3 years experience in quality assurance or control, preferably in the area of mechanical products
· Familiarity with international technical and quality standards, methodologies
· Able to prepare quality control plans and quality inspection guides based on drawings and technical specifications from international business units
· Familiarity with machining, metal-working, stamping, and other processes
· Competent in written and spoken English
· Effective communicator and problem-solver
