基本目的

作为一个在大中国地区的所有客户的服务窗口，以及一些内部的杂项问题，客户服务管理报告大中国区负责人密切合作，与全球性组织（供应链经理，物流经理，其他总部设在印度和其他地区的外部合作伙伴）。

经验与各地各级组织的国际客户和接口以及矩阵组织企业的经验。

母语中文与英文流利所需。

支持日常业务管理，投诉管理和保税仓库管理。

Customer Service Administer, Greater China


BASIC PURPOSE
As a service window for all customers in the Greater China Region and some internal miscellaneous issues as well, this Customer Service Administer is reporting to Head of Greater China and is working in close cooperation with the global organization (supply chain managers, logistic Managers, other external partners based in India and other regions).


JOB CONTEXT
Customer service
l Book in new incoming orders from customers or sales and follow up all business orders
l Sample management and complaint management
l Other internal issues: brochure management, office management, exhibition preparation, etc


REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCES
Need a minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service, familiar with SAP system and office executives.
A deep responsible person on both customers and company
Experience with interfacing across various levels of international clients organizations and well as experience of matrix organizations corporations.
Native Chinese with English fluency required.


Support daily business management, complaint management and bonded warehouse management.
