We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our organization in Shanghai, China.


SCOPE:


· Responsible for marketing activities and initiatives in China which include but not limited to:

o Understanding the competitive landscape in terms of competitive positions of major players in the industry, advantages/disadvantages, breadth and depth of product line, and pricing and performing competitive analysis on a regular basis

o Tracking customer movement and changes in the industry and macro economic environment

o Working with sales to develop revenue forecast for China on regular basis

o Making pricing recommendations within area of responsibility - developing pricing based on value proposition analysis

o Developing Go-To-Market plan including product collateral, promotional programs, trade shows, product training and product distribution with support from Marketing Communications

o Getting involved in and contributing to business strategy formulation for China market




ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Developing marketing strategy and plans for Appliance and Commercial segments in China
Developing pricing strategy for penetration in Appliance and Commercial Segment
Supporting business development and P&L improvement activities
Performing competitive analysis and tracking market movement
Identifying new business opportunities
Marketing communications & reporting
Leading revenue forecast and analysis activities


QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years marketing experience in appliance or controls business. Proven experience in growing revenue and market share
Bachelor's degree in Business or Technical field (MBA preferred)
Ability to work with a geographically dispersed team to achieve objectives.
Strong analytical and people skill.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skill

At present there’re appropriate 70 engineers in the center and the team size will be increase accordingly to cope with market growth in China and Asia. Company is also one global resourcing center based in APAC for IC Business Unit, exploring the strategic suppliers with reliable quality, favorable cost and good reputation.
