RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. NPD project developing: Customer VOC, Product design, prototype, making samples, EB, testing, field trial…
2. Developing fluid pump product for global and AP region
3. Working with global fluid engineering team together for global fluid NPD project
4. Working with Guilin engineering team for NPD project together
5. Supporting Guilin factory for all of NPD project issues and solving
6. Product technical support to analysis quality issue, finding root cause
7. Support sales/marketing to prepare training material as well as this kind of training
8. Working with factory for NPD project to ensure meeting prints, assist factory to prepare assembly line, fixture, testing, measuring to ensure stable quality during batch production

Qualifications:

1. At least 5 years working experience or above in similar industrial
2. University degree or above. The major could be in mechanical
3. At least 2 years or above experience in product developing experience
4. Fluent English level in writing, reading and speaking
5. Can well operate UG/ProE software for drawing design for 3D and 2D drawings
6. Have self-initiative working attitude with positive mind and view
7. Familiar product code which in US and local one as well as AP area
8. Familiar manufacturing process, quality control in machining, casting, injection molding, heat treatment, and familiar with the all kinds of inspection method
9. Good team work with good communication skill
10. Come from competitor fluid company will be first choice for this position
