职位描述
工作职责/Main Responsibilities
Daily maintenance and repairing the injection mold , To ensure the normal production.
2.参与并完成模具、夹具更换、工艺调整、备件管理。
Take one or more tasks of mould & tooling change, process adjustment, and spare parts
keeping,
3 协助工程师完成新模具的安装调试，
Assist the engineer to install and trial run the new mold
4.具有发现装配工装/模具问题及解决问题的能力
Good capability of mistake/failure finding and problem solving on the assembling tool/mold
5.每日5S工作的执行
5S implementation
职位要求：Job Requirements
Technical school or high school or above
2．三年以上注塑模具维修经验；能操作铣床，磨床，熟悉注塑工艺和热流道优先。
Three years of injection mold maintenance experience, Able to operate milling machine,
grinding machine, Be familiar with injection process parameters and hot runner
system is preferred.
3．电脑操作熟练，如Excel 和 Word
Good PC skills
4. 良好的沟通能力、良好的团队合作意识
Have the ability to communicate、 Good sense of team-work
5．能适应翻班
Adapt shifting
