-Adjusting initial development patterns at the direction of the Technical team based on spec/styling changes and adjusting markers as required.
-Review and resolution of any consumption discrepancies with buyer, tech or merchant.
-Creation of initial patterns for new product development based on sample, spec, and existing patterns and/or blocks.
-Provide assistance to Technical team in reviewing and improving troublesome vendor patterns and construction issues.
-Distribution of necessary patterns to appropriate vendors based on direction of Technical Team.
-Development of pattern/block library, distribute as directed by Technical team to give factories an appropriate starting point for prototype and approval samples.
-Encourage the support and use of patterns supplied by US office with all vendors.
-Communication with Technical team regarding status of patterns and markers in work.
-Assist in review of initial development, approval, and PPS samples from vendors with Technical Services Manager communicate with Technical team before sending, work with vendors to improve issues as needed before sending.
