Responsibilities:

1.Timely set up and ensure the accuracy of the product cost structure in SolarSoft System;

2.Understand the cost drivers, analyse the cost variance and propose corrective action for management decision;

3.Activitely participate in cost reduction initiatives and assist Plant Controller to execute cost control in the plant;

4.Support the sales management in Bid & Quote process by providing timely and accurate product cost data;

5.Support Plant Controller in annual planning and monthly results review and forecasting process;

6.Timely prepare monthly costing related report including contribution margin, PPV,

7.Assist in month end closing and account analysis;

8.Perform ad hoc project as assigned by ROW Financial Controller.

Qualifaction:

1.Bachelor degree or above

2.Minimum 5 years related experience in manufacturing environment;
3.Experience in ERP system; Strong Excel skills / experience;

4.Diligent and hardworking;
5.Quick learner with high team spirit;
6.Fluent in both written and spoken English;
7.Demonstrated analytical skills;
8.Good communication skills and be able to move things forword.
