职位描述
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
?To enable company to strengthen its direct sourcing opportunities as a supporting interface between our brands and manufacturing partners.
?To maximize product related business activities at a regional level, by leading and managing a business unit within given financial parameters.
MAIN TASKS
?To manage and review the activities in each supply market to ensure the right mix of suppliers and an optimum number of sourcing options, which match company's requirements.
?To enhance and assure the competency of suppliers in order to maximize the in-house market share and increase and improve operating margins.
?To maintain regular contact with the respective business unit in order to share and to input into strategies/plans.
?To explore possibilities of introducing new and innovative business practices. To develop CMT/CBT/FOB business opportunities in the appropriate sourcing environments.
?To manage the cost development and profitability control of own business unit in line with company policy.
?To maintain regular contacts with Regional Quality Management and Fabric Department to ensure produced merchandise meets company's quality standards.
?To have regular contacts with PM and SPM colleague(s) within region and across regions, to ensure optimal sourcing options for company.
?The planning and training development and evaluation of direct business unit team members.
