职位描述:

1、 制定并执行分销、代理业务渠道的发展规划，市场渠道方案，制定全年渠道销售目标与达成计划并积极督促、推进公司达成目标；

2、 负责部门的日常管理工作及部门员工的管理、指导、培训及评估；

3、 建立渠道销售流程和运作规范；

4、 开发管理新的渠道合作者；建立并协调银行、证券、基金公司、第三方理财顾问公司等营销渠道的开发及维护，有效地管理全国及海外的产品供应商，拓展、管理销售渠道。

任职要求：

1、 市场营销管理类、工商管理、金融等相关专业大学本科及以上学历；

2、 八年以上渠道开发及市场营销工作经验，在相关企业任职渠道总监五年以上，具有金融、投资行业的从业背景，对该领域发展有深刻理解；有丰富客户资源者优先；

3、 具备较强的管理能力、丰富的金融知识，市场感觉敏锐，具有良好的沟通和谈判技巧、良好的组织决策能力；

4、 品行端正，思维敏捷、严谨细致、踏实负责，具备较强的团队协作精神；
