职位描述
Background/Job Purpose:
- To effectively, efficiently and professionally market Elsevier Datong’s products, services and solutions to healthcare organizations, government and end users.
- To be Responsible for Datong Business P&L & Sales Team management.
Key Result Areas
Be able to archive sales target
- Set annual sales plan (by product & account) to archive
- Develop sales strategy for individual project and individual product
- Proposal checking & approval
- New Account development & maintain Client database on key activities/deliverables
Sales force management in responsible region
- Conduct regular sales training & sales meeting
- Monitoring and coaching Account Executives in the responsible region
Marketing
- Developing marketing events plan on annual/quarterly basis
- Promoting Datong product and services with supporting from Marketing team
Key Competencies:
Inter personal skills
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independent to achieve revenue/profit/cost target
- All rounded sales and marketing person, with min. 5 yrs sales & 2 yrs sales management experience
- Good team player with an enthusiastic and outgoing personality

- Strong Negotiation & Sales Planning Skills
- Analytical
- Resilient and highly self motivated
- Strong Learning orientation
General Knowledge and Technical Skills:
- Proficient in both English and Chinese languages (spoken and written);
- Preferably with scientific background with postgraduate level in medical/ pharmaceutical/ biochemistry related subject area
- Familiarity with healthcare, hospital industry (preferred)
- IT skills especially Microsoft Office (Word /Excel and PowerPoint) and Internet/e-mail (Outlook and Explorer)
- Required Education and Experience:
- University degree holder, Experience with contacts in healthcare sector or Medical Association is highly preferable
- Good, proven sales record
- Previous work experience in Healthcare / Medical fields would be an advantage
